RETURNS POLICY

Thanks for shopping with Happy Camper Gourmet Australia, (HCG). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. HCG has a replace or refund policy for all of the products it sells. Our products are only returnable if you receive them in a “not fit for purpose” state. That is, a state where the packaging of the product has been damaged and the contents have been compromised and cannot be consumed. Your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. Your item/s must be in the original packaging. Please place the item/s in a resealable plastic bag to contain the contents during the returns process. Once we have received your returned item/s, we will notify you. We will then inspect the item/s and notify you of the status of the refund / replacement of the items, post inspection. If your return / replacement is approved, we will initiate replacing the goods or initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Return period
You must notify us of any defects or damage within 24 hours of receiving the goods and return the products to us within 5-7 business days.

Return method
Please return the products in a sealable plastic bag and include your invoice for confirmation of your purchase to the above address.

Shipping costs for returns
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund method
A refund for returns will be via EFT to your nominated bank account. Refunds will be received within 3-5 business days of approval of the return.

Instore returns
If you have purchased products directly from HCG, you cannot return them to one of our stockists to seek a refund or replacement. You will need to contact us directly. If you have purchased our products through a retailer, you will need to return the item/s to the place of purchase. The terms and conditions for each individual retailer for refunds and replacements may differ from ours. You will need to discuss those with the place of purchase.

Packing materials
